South Beach and its Perpetual Bliss

miami-beach-condos-and-homes-1.jpgmiami-beach-condos-and-homes-1.jpgmiami-beach-condos-and-homes-1.jpgIt’s been mentioned in national magazines, featured in top rated television shows like CSI: Miami and shown in Hollywood films for decades. he vacation paradise of South Beach is South Florida’s most recognized hotspot that only seems to get more and more popular as years go by.  How does an area that’s been in existence for over 92 years still resonate today with locals and tourists alike?

Let’s start off with the enlivening atmosphere that prevails throughout.  During the day, the sun drenched beaches, glowing vibrantly with the South Florida sunshine are a beachgoer’s delight and perhaps the most superb in the country.  The ambiance goes from pleasant to utterly exhilarating when nightfall approaches.  Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive in particular are suddenly teeming with people having drinks at Fat Tuesday, dancing at clubs like Mansion and Opium or basking in the cool evening zephyr of the beach itself while sharing intimate conversations near the moonlit ocean.

If you were to ask most people where they’d like to live, chances are a beachfront home would be mentioned among their choices.  And it’s no surprise Miami Beach condos have long been a top choice when it comes to choosing all inclusive luxury real estate.  The Portofino Tower, appropriately named Apogee, and the Murano Grande each have something to offer and are located minutes from the beach popular restaurants.  The views offered in these luxury South Beach condos more than justify their cost.

Whether it’s Jamaican, Cuban, or Thai cuisine, there’s a restaurant on South Beach for whatever your international taste buds seek.  Try an Italian dish at Caffe Milano or a Japanese delicacy at Doraku.  Get a taste of the local Cuban culture and the food at the five star Yuca restaurant.  South Beach restaurants are arguably the best in terms of indulging in a true international dining experience.  What restaurants do you frequent?

Obviously what’s been mentioned here only scratches a very small surface of what’s available in South Beach and its real estate.  Are there any other places, luxury condos or communities that you feel add to the area’s appeal?  After all, the South Beach experience is always unique to anyone who visits or lives there.
